Job Description
We are seeking substitute teachers to work in our center. Hours will vary, the center is open 6:45 am - 5:30 pm. We will reach out when a staff member will be absent and offer you the hours. You will be needed approximately 3 days per week, sometimes more. The Gallian Center is licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), and a 4 Star TRS provider. We have low teacher/child ratios. During the academic year, our program serves children ages 6 weeks- 5 years. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Able to report on short notice No problem getting their hands dirty and spending time outside with the children Able and willing to move around interacting with the children throughout the day Always put the best interest of the children first above everything else Professional work ethic Excited about working in an amazing high-quality child care program with a great team of professionals The Gallian Center follows the Denton ISD Teacher work schedule.
