Qualifications Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and classroom experience managing energetic groups of children. Skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and behavior management tailored for early learners. Proficiency in teaching various dance styles such as ballet, theater dance, or creative movement; additional skills in photography or sewing are a plus. Ability to incorporate arts like theater or dancing into educational activities that support childhood growth. Experience with special education needs or working with children requiring additional support is advantageous.
