Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will support children's developmental needs through attentive supervision, educational activities, and compassionate care. Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development and learning Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to growth and exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Apply child supervision best practices, including behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being promptly Administer first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary, responding swiftly to injuries or emergencies Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development instruction Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is advantageous Classroom experience managing young children's behavior effectively and compassionately Familiarity with toddler care, infant care, and preschool activities enhances your ability to support diverse age groups Knowledge of mandated reporting laws ensures compliance with legal requirements for child safety Previous nannying or babysitting experience with young children is beneficial for understanding individual needs Join us in creating a joyful, supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and flourish!
