Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Your expertise in childhood development will help guide our curriculum and support each child's individual needs. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Foster positive relationships with children, promoting social skills, emotional growth, and teamwork. Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being of all children in the program. Provide care for children with special needs or disabilities, adapting activities to meet their unique requirements. Maintain accurate records of children's activities, attendance, and developmental milestones. Transportation to and from school. Skills Experience working with children in various settings such as preschool, daycare, or babysitting. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Familiarity with special education strategies for children with disabilities. Strong understanding of childhood development stages and effective caregiving techniques. Ability to manage a classroom effectively while promoting an inclusive environment. Experience in toddler care, ensuring their safety and developmental needs are met. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
