Description:

Be creative in providing a friendly environment where all the children feel loving and secure. Supervise children at all times in daily routines, naps, meals, diaper change, potty training and hygiene procedures. Create and maintain age-appropriate centers to catch child interests and stimulate their intellectual growth.

Experience:

Education:

High School Diploma / GED per company policy.

Language:

English only and Spanish only is okay because staff can communicate in both languages. However, bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Driver's License:

Not a factor.

Requirements:

— Must have interest and patience in working with children. — Ideal candidates must be reliable, responsible and dependable. — Must be willing to work full work schedule.

Duties:

— Required to follow curriculum provided by staff. — Will be in charged of a group or class of 13 to 15 children. Depending on age of group may be required to change diapers, feed them or assist children with learning needs.
