We are a faith-based, bilingual early learning center inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. We believe children learn through meaningful relationships, exploration, creativity, play, and a thoughtfully prepared environment. We are looking for a teacher who takes pride in her classroom, brings initiative and creativity to her work, and is excited to learn and grow with our program. Responsibilities Provide loving, responsive, and developmentally appropriate care for infants. Maintain active supervision and required classroom ratios at all times. Create and implement age-appropriate weekly lesson plans and learning experiences . Provide sensory, language, music, movement, art, and exploration opportunities. Talk, read, sing, and actively engage with infants throughout the day. Follow individual feeding, diapering, and nap schedules. Maintain accurate daily classroom documentation. Keep the classroom clean, organized, sanitized, and intentionally prepared throughout the day. Follow safe sleep, health, sanitation, and licensing procedures. Communicate professionally with families and work collaboratively with the teaching team. We Are Looking For Someone Who Is Bilingual in English and Spanish. Loving, patient, and nurturing with infants. Dependable and punctual. Creative and comfortable developing lesson plans. Organized and able to maintain a clean classroom. Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant direction. Positive and professional. A team player with strong communication skills. Willing and excited to learn, receive feedback, and grow professionally. Passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for young children. Qualifications Previous infant or early childhood classroom experience. Experience creating and implementing lesson plans. Knowledge or experience with the Reggio Emilia approach is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn and implement Reggio Emilia-inspired practices. CPR/First Aid and childcare training preferred. Education CDA, AA, is a plus
