Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Westside center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. As a Teacher, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You'll build strong, trusting relationships with families, communicate children's progress, and maintain a well-organized, compliant classroom. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Build positive, professional relationships with children and families. Observe, document, and communicate children's developmental progress. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Collaborate with teaching teams and center leadership on curriculum and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds. Support center-wide initiatives that reinforce Kinder Care's inclusive, nurturing culture.
