Flower Mound, TX Job Details Full-time From $15 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications School experience CPR Certification High school diploma or GED First Aid Certification Organizational skills Classroom experience Teaching experience with young children Full Job Description Toddler Teacher (18 Months - 3 Years) We are looking for a warm, nurturing, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. If you have experience working with toddlers and enjoy helping young children grow, learn, and become more independent, we would love to hear from you. Experience in a Montessori classroom is an added advantage but is not required. Responsibilities Provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for toddlers.. Present age-appropriate learning activities and, when applicable, Montessori lessons. Assist children with self-care skills, including toileting, handwashing, and mealtimes. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom. Communicate professionally with parents and work collaboratively with fellow teachers. Follow all school policies and state licensing requirements. Qualifications Experience working with children 18 months to 3 years old in a toddler classroom is required. Montessori toddler classroom experience is a strong advantage , but we are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn the Montessori approach. High school diploma required; Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework or degree preferred. CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to complete training Schedule Requirement Candidates must be available to work 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM , Monday through Friday, as needed. This version is likely to attract a larger pool of qualified toddler teachers while still indicating that Montessori experience is valued.
