KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Travis Ranch KinderCare learning center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where young children thrive. You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and ensure health and safety standards are met. Teachers partner closely with families, communicate progress, and collaborate with colleagues. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Kinder Care curricula. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to all health and safety standards. Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and behavior. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and events. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and learning materials. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
