Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Kinder Care curricula. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to all health and safety standards. Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and behavior. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and events. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and learning materials. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
