We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and experienced Lead PK3 (Preschool) Teacher to join our team. This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood education and preparing young learners for a successful transition into Preschool. In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that foster curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Your expertise will help shape a positive learning experience for children during their critical early years, laying the groundwork for future academic success and personal development. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives while working within a supportive team dedicated to excellence in Early Childhood education. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, pre-writing skills and so much more. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children. Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining an organized space conducive to learning and play. Apply effective behavior management strategies to support positive behavior and emotional regulation among preschoolers. Assess children's developmental progress through observations and assessments. Collaborate with parents and guardians through regular communication about children's progress and milestones Incorporate classroom management techniques that foster safety, respect, and engagement while maintaining compliance with childcare regulations and standards. Qualifications Proven classroom experience working with children in preschool settings, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, biblical curriculum, and implementing early childhood education strategies. Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for young children to promote positive social interactions. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
