Lead Teacher

Experienced Preschool Teacher Little Innovators Preschool in Fulshear is seeking an experienced preschool teacher who enjoys implementing engaging, hands-on learning experiences and building meaningful relationships with children and families. This is not a babysitting position. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead classroom routines, facilitate learning experiences, support children's social-emotional growth, and adapt activities to meet children at different developmental levels.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily classroom routines and transitions Facilitate circle time, small-group lessons, and learning centers Support children's social-emotional development and problem-solving skills Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment Collaborate with team members and communicate professionally with families

Qualifications:

Prior preschool classroom experience required Strong classroom management skills Comfortable leading lessons and engaging groups of children Ability to differentiate activities based on developmental needs Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Passion for early childhood education

Schedule:

Part-time, afternoon/closing shift availability required.

Compensation:

$15.00 -$16.00 per hour
