  • Part-time, Full-time We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Pre-K Teacher with at least 1 year of experience working with young children.
The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, committed to providing a safe and nurturing learning environment, and dedicated to helping preschool-aged children learn and grow through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. Responsibilities Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for all children. Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Engage children in interactive learning experiences that foster creativity, independence, and confidence. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Supervise children at all times while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members. Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress, daily activities, and developmental milestones. Observe and document children's learning and development. Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom and school-wide programs. Assist in other classrooms as needed to maintain quality care throughout the school. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Drive the school mini bus when required. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of preschool or early childhood teaching experience . Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young children. Strong organizational and classroom management skills. Must be at least 25 years old to drive the school mini bus.
