Duties Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans focused on early childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional growth for toddlers and infants Lead classroom activities that promote curiosity, exploration, and physical development, including teaching physical education and motor skills Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management strategies, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all children Foster strong communication with children, parents, and team members to support child welfare and address individual needs effectively Coordinate with specialists in special education and early intervention to support children with diverse learning needs Maintain detailed documentation of each child's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable Oversee daily childcare routines such as diapering, feeding, nap schedules, and hygiene practices in accordance with best practices for toddler care Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, including preschool or daycare environments Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and curriculum development for toddlers and infants Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies such as preschool experience or private school background is preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists in early intervention or special education Ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical activities tailored to young learners Demonstrated competence in behavior management strategies that foster positive social interactions among children Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields; additional qualifications in special education or child welfare are advantageous Join us as a Lead Toddler / Infant Teacher and be part of a dedicated team committed to nurturing the potential of every child.
