Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills through play and structured activities. The Infant Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Schedule:

12pm-6pm Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities. Maintain a safe and clean classroom setting that encourages exploration and creativity. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents as needed. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures. Qualifications Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is highly preferred. Background in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs. First aid certification is beneficial but not required upon hiring; training will be provided. Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff members. A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their development.
