Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. Document developmental milestones and prepare reports aligned with standardized testing requirements to track progress effectively. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices, including Montessori methods and preschool experience. Proven experience working with children across various age groups, especially toddlers and preschoolers. Expertise in curriculum development tailored to early childhood education standards. Skilled in classroom management techniques that foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Ability to adapt lesson plans for children with special needs or requiring early intervention services. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists effectively. Familiarity with daycare regulations, private school standards, and child welfare policies. Competence in teaching math, literacy (including tutoring), and physical education activities within a preschool or daycare setting.
