Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom where children can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help foster curiosity, social skills, and foundational knowledge essential for lifelong success. Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, numeracy, social-emotional development, and physical activity. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques. Support children's individual needs by integrating special education principles and early intervention strategies when necessary. Engage children in activities that develop their cognitive, motor, and language skills, including teaching physical education and literacy education. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding each child's progress, behavior, and welfare. Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently to promote child welfare at all times. Document developmental milestones and prepare reports aligned with standardized testing requirements to track progress effectively. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices, including Montessori methods and preschool experience. Proven experience working with children across various age groups, especially toddlers and preschoolers. Expertise in curriculum development tailored to early childhood education standards. Skilled in classroom management techniques that foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Ability to adapt lesson plans for children with special needs or requiring early intervention services. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists effectively. Familiarity with daycare regulations, private school standards, and child welfare policies. Competence in teaching math, literacy (including tutoring), and physical education activities within a preschool or daycare setting.
