Dreamland is hiring a Lead Teacher for our Two's classroom! We offer small class sizes and a collaborative, supportive environment. As a Lead Teacher, you'll create nurturing, milestone-driven learning experiences and build strong relationships with families. About Dreamland At Dreamland Daycare & Early Learning Center, children are encouraged to grow, dream, and thrive in a safe, imaginative environment . As a small, community-driven center, we focus on play-based learning, creativity, motor development, and strong family partnerships. Our curriculum is led by our founder, a pediatric occupational therapist, ensuring every child's development is nurtured through thoughtful screenings and growth-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement creative, age-appropriate lessons and activities. Conduct developmental observations and offer milestone feedback to families. Keep classrooms compliant, nurturing, and joyful. Lead and mentor Assistant Teachers, fostering a team-centered culture.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Have High School Diploma or equivalent Must have or be willing to obtain CDA CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain. Clear background check. Prior experience preferred.
