The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, social skills, and emotional development, while ensuring the safety and well-being of each child in their care. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity. Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure smooth transitions and maintain order. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Assess students' progress through observations and assessments to tailor instruction to individual needs. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with young children in a private school or childcare setting is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an engaging learning atmosphere. Knowledge of literacy education strategies and techniques for early learners. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Familiarity with Montessori principles is a plus but not required. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
