KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Howe KinderCare center to inspire and nurture young learners. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities that support children's cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth. You will maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with teammates in a supportive, growth-focused culture. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons for preschool and early childhood classrooms. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, document, and assess children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Maintain classroom routines, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and center initiatives. Implement behavior guidance strategies that promote social-emotional learning. Participate in professional development and training sessions. Ensure compliance with state licensing and Kinder Care policies. Support enrollment and family engagement activities at the center.
