Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services. Foster communication skills through interactive activities, storytelling, and group discussions. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Skills Strong background in curriculum implementation tailored for preschool-aged children. Experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting is essential. Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention strategies is highly desirable. Proficiency in literacy education techniques to enhance reading readiness among students. Familiarity with toddler care principles and childhood development milestones. Effective classroom management skills to create an organized learning environment. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience in lesson planning that incorporates various teaching methodologies including Montessori approaches. Ability to teach physical education activities suitable for young learners. Understanding of child welfare principles to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
