  • Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our vibrant educational team.
The successful candidate will foster a nurturing and creative environment where young learners can explore, grow, and develop foundational skills. As a Pre-K Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational experiences of children, equipping them with the essential social and academic tools to succeed in future learning endeavors.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the educational standards and cater to the individual needs of each child.
Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect among students. Engage children in various activities that promote social, physical, and academic growth, such as storytelling, arts and crafts, music, outdoor play, and group activities. Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers through conferences and communication. Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to education and address the needs of the developmental stage. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to effective learning and creativity. Continuously update personal teaching practices by attending professional development sessions and incorporating innovative teaching strategies.
  • Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree (Preferred) or High school Diploma. Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with children and parents. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
