PRESTIGIOUS
ACADEMY, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. Duties include supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities, supporting their physical, emotional, and social development, and ensuring a clean and secure classroom and play area. The role requires effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues, as well as the ability to observe and record children's progress and behavior.
Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all children
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development
  • Monitor and address the individual needs of each child
  • Help children with daily routines, including meals, rest periods, and hygiene
  • Foster positive relationships among children and encourage cooperative play
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their childs experiences and progress
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure high-quality care
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and academy policies Qualified candidates should demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, reliability, and genuine care for children.
Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is preferred. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
