Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants, fostering their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners and support their early developmental milestones. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, including literacy education, math skills, and social-emotional learning. Utilize learning technology and LMS (Learning Management Systems) to track progress and tailor instructional strategies for individual needs. Design engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, sensory activities, and physical education to support holistic growth. Work closely with children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or behavioral management strategies. Manage classroom environments effectively through classroom management techniques and conflict resolution skills to foster a safe and positive space. Collaborate with families through regular communication to provide updates on developmental progress and offer guidance on early childhood education practices. Incorporate library services and instructional design principles to enrich learning experiences and encourage curiosity in young learners. Experience One year experiance prior classroom experience working with infants or toddlers in early childhood education settings is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development theories, including Montessori and preschool methodologies. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating learning technology tools such as LMS platforms. Familiarity with working with children with disabilities or special needs, applying behavior management techniques effectively. Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Background in childcare or preschool environments, including private school experience preferred. Knowledge of teaching physical education, literacy education, math concepts, and instructional design tailored for early learners. Join us in shaping the future by nurturing the youngest minds!
