Our established child care center is seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day care and education of children, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate professionalism, dedication, and a genuine commitment to the educational and emotional growth of children.
Skills and Abilities:
As a Teacher, your primary goal is to create a warm, nurturing, safe, and loving environment where each child's self-concept is enhanced, independence is encouraged, and individuality is respected.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at the center at all times. Directly supervising children with attention and care. Using positive language and encouragement to foster a supportive atmosphere. Engaging with children through descriptive language and open-ended questions that inspire curiosity and learning. Actively co-playing and interacting with children to promote their social and emotional development. Treating each child with dignity and respect, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Assisting with transportation duties, including driving the school bus when needed. Willingness to substitute in classrooms as necessary, ensuring consistency in care and education across the center.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff by following safety protocols and regulations. Comply with all company procedures, policies, and applicable child care regulations. Assist with facility and classroom maintenance to ensure a clean and organized learning environment. Provide high-quality care and early education to children, meeting their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs. Implement the curriculum effectively, adapting it as needed to support the developmental needs of the children.
Qualifications:
Experience in early childhood education or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a nurturing and safe environment for children. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs and responsibilities.
