We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and can provide a safe, nurturing, structured, and fun classroom environment. Responsibilities Provide attentive and loving care to toddlers throughout the day Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Plan and participate in age-appropriate learning activities, crafts, music, and play Follow daily classroom routines, including meals, snacks, diapering/toileting, and nap time Supervise children closely and maintain proper teacher-to-child ratios Communicate professionally with parents, coworkers, and management Follow all center policies and Texas childcare licensing requirements Work as a team to create a positive environment for our children and families Actively engage with the children throughout the day by playing alongside them, participating in activities, talking and interacting with them, and encouraging learning through play—not simply supervising from the sidelines or directing children to play independently. Qualifications Previous childcare experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates who are dependable, patient, and eager to learn. Childcare credentials, certifications, and previous classroom experience will be considered when determining pay.
