Wee Learn Center is looking for a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment where young children can learn and grow.
Duties:
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of each child.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages learning through play and exploration.
  • Provide individualized attention to each child, considering their unique interests, talents, and learning styles.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and cooperation among students.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage young learners in language arts, math, science, art, music, and other subjects.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques and age-appropriate discipline strategies.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events to support continuous professional development.
  • Adhere to all school policies and regulations related to childcare and early childhood education.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in nannying, babysitting, or classroom settings is preferred.
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques and early childhood education principles.
  • Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with daycare operations, caregiving practices, and preschool curriculum development.
