No Experience - Daycare Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. You will work closely with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, guiding them through their daily activities and fostering their growth through play-based learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and nap times to ensure their safety and well-being. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community. Assess children's developmental progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that promote teamwork and social skills among children. Provide care for children with special needs or those requiring additional support as necessary. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, including first aid and emergency procedures. Experience Preferred - NOT
