Maintain accurate records of child development progress, attendance, and incident reports in compliance with mandated reporting laws. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of child development principles, early childhood education practices, and classroom management techniques. Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure safety during all activities. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Familiarity with special education strategies and early intervention programs is a plus. Ability to follow mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety. Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, behavior management, and lesson planning tailored for toddlers.
