Day Shift:

7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Evening Shift:

12:30 PM - 6:00 PM Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year experience working with preschool-aged children Pay is based on experience Knowledge and understanding of current state and local childcare regulations Must be able to pass all required background checks Applicants with felony convictions will not be considered Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for children Maintain constant supervision and ensure the health and safety of all children at all times Create and maintain an organized, structured classroom environment Keep classroom areas clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate Arrange classroom materials and learning centers so they are accessible and engaging for children Implement lesson plans and classroom activities that support learning and development Use positive guidance and redirection techniques to encourage appropriate behavior Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth Communicate professionally and positively with parents and team members Support cultural diversity and inclusive classroom practices Utilize teachable moments and encourage children to problem solve and make choices Maintain required bulletin boards, classroom displays, and curriculum materials Follow daily schedules and transition smoothly between activities
