What You'll Do Provide loving, responsive care for infants in a safe and nurturing environment. Create meaningful learning experiences that support each child's physical, cognitive, language, social, and emotional development. Follow each infant's individualized feeding, sleeping, and care schedule. Build trusting relationships with families through daily communication and updates. Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom that promotes exploration and discovery. Ensure all health, safety, sanitation, and state licensing requirements are consistently met. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to provide the highest quality care. Support developmental milestones through intentional play, sensory experiences, music, tummy time, and language-rich interactions.
