Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with infants and toddlers, with the skills to create a nurturing, educational environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of our youngest learners.Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster the development of infants. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Monitor and document children's progress and share observations with parents and the center's leadership team. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency and continuity in the children's education and care. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's development and well-being. Adhere to all licensing regulations, policies, and safety standards. Skills Proven experience as a Infant Teacher Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods Familiarity with child development curriculum Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to build rapport with children Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable Minimum 3Years Experience Job Types:
