Plan and implement age-appropriate daily lessons and activities that promote development across all learning domains. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess childrens growth, documenting progress and identifying areas for support. Encourage positive behaviors, self-help skills, and social interactions among children. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their childs progress, milestones, and needs. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues to support classroom success.
