The teacher supports childrens social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning, structured activities, and positive interactions. Plan and implement age-appropriate daily lessons and activities that promote development across all learning domains. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess childrens growth, documenting progress and identifying areas for support. Encourage positive behaviors, self-help skills, and social interactions among children. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their childs progress, milestones, and needs. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues to support classroom success. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and health regulations. Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events as required. 8:00am-3:00pm
