Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. In this vital role, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom environment that promotes early childhood development, literacy, social skills, and emotional well-being. Duties Implement dynamic curriculum plans that incorporate early intervention strategies, literacy education, math skills, physical education, and Montessori methods to support diverse learning needs. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development milestones, social skills, and emotional intelligence. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor progress through assessments and standardized testing when applicable, tailoring instruction to individual student needs. Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and classroom management. Incorporate special education techniques to support children with unique learning requirements or developmental delays. Lead activities focused on toddler care, preschool experience enhancement, and early childhood education fundamentals to foster holistic growth. Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Experience developing curriculum content related to literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods is highly desirable. Familiarity with working with children who have special education needs or require early intervention services. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners. Proven ability to manage a classroom environment efficiently while ensuring child welfare and safety standards are met. Previous private school or daycare experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for early childhood education is key. Pay:
$13.00 - $17.00 per hour
