Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Engage children in various activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning. Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness while ensuring all materials are safe for use. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Requirements Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff. Ability to create engaging lesson plans. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Certification in First Aid/CPR is important.
