Pearland, TX Shifts:
9:00am-6:00pm, 9:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-7:00pm or 3:00pm-8:00pm Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to early childhood education and creating a nurturing, engaging environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development Create engaging lesson plans and hands-on activities that promote learning through play Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are achieved Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and needs Utilize positive behavior management techniques to guide and support children Qualifications Previous experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting (required) Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners Experience with curriculum planning and student assessment Preferred Skills Classroom management Curriculum development Behavior management strategies Knowledge of early childhood education standards Experience in a private school or preschool setting Familiarity with special education practices (a plus) Work Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
