Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Silverlake KinderCare center to create safe, engaging learning experiences for young children. In this on-site role, you will plan developmentally appropriate lessons, foster social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You will partner closely with families, communicate children's progress, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe, document, and support children's developmental progress. Build positive, professional relationships with families and communicate regularly. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special events. Follow all state licensing and Kinder Care policies and procedures. Support children's social-emotional growth through positive guidance. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
