This hybrid role combines coaching with front desk member services and sales support. You'll primarily coach our youngest athletes, ages 1.5-3.5 , while also helping create an outstanding experience for current and prospective families. Soccer experience is NOT required for this position. At this age, our program focuses on movement, balance, coordination, body mastery, confidence, listening skills, and introductory soccer fundamentals. We provide the curriculum and training. This Role If You:
Genuinely love working with toddlers and preschoolers Are energetic, positive, patient, and comfortable being a little silly Can keep young children engaged and moving Connect just as well with parents as you do with kids Have strong communication and customer service skills Are dependable, organized, and enjoy working as part of a team Experience in childcare, preschool, early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, camps, recreation, youth programs, or other work with young children is a plus.
Responsibilities Coaching:
Primarily coach children ages 1.5-3.5 Follow and deliver KidsUnited curriculum and lesson plans Lead fun activities focused on coordination, movement, body mastery, confidence, and basic soccer skills Create a fun, energetic, and safe learning environment Communicate with parents about the focus of each session Supervise children during activities, maintaining a safe, fun yet disciplined environment.
Member Services & Front Desk:
Welcome and assist current and prospective families Provide program information and assist with enrollment Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls Support membership sales and class scheduling Maintain accurate records in our CRM system Skills Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members while fostering positive relationships. Positive, energetic, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment About KidsUnited KidsUnited helps children ages 1.5-9 become more confident, coordinated, and motivated through our unique soccer development program. Our broader coaching team includes experienced soccer players and coaches. This position complements that team with someone whose strength is engaging, teaching, and developing our youngest athletes.
