About Us:
Gingerbread School is a warm, inclusive, and play-based early learning center dedicated to helping children grow, explore, and thrive. We are looking for a caring, energetic, and reliable Childcare Teacher to join our team and support our mission of providing high-quality early education.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain open and positive communication with families and team members. Supervise children at all times and ensure adherence to center policies and licensing requirements. Document developmental milestones and daily activities. Support a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma
  • 18 years of age
  • Must pass a FBI fingerprint background check Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or credits (or willingness to obtain).
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills. Passion for early learning and child development.
