Dual Language (Spanish-English) Montessori Certified Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking a warm, experienced, and Montessori certified Early Childhood Lead Teacher for our Dual Language (Spanish-English) classroom. The ideal candidate is passionate about Montessori education, fluent in both Spanish and English, and able to create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Primary Responsibilities Plan and implement an educational program based on the individual needs of each child Prepare and maintain a beautiful Montessori environment, including making materials when needed Provide effective and engaging instruction using Montessori materials in both Spanish and English Foster language development naturally through daily classroom interactions and lessons Oversee the learning and progress of all children in the classroom while partnering with the Assistant Teacher to support all learners Observe, assess, and record individual student progress Maintain accurate daily attendance records Implement the classroom schedule, including work cycle, group time, outdoor time, snacks, lunch, and special activities Use positive guidance techniques and model respectful communication Maintain clean, organized, and inviting classroom shelves and materials Create a warm, supportive, and collaborative classroom community Follow Texas Minimum Standards and school policies Qualifications Montessori Certified for Early Childhood (ages 3-6) Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal communication) Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Montessori classroom Strong classroom management and communication skills CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain) Passionate about Montessori education and working with young children About Our School Our Montessori school has been serving families in the Richmond area for over 11 years.
