The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports the growth and development of infants while building positive relationships with families. Responsibilities Provide attentive and responsive care for infants. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's daily activities and development. Follow all licensing regulations, health, and safety procedures. Qualifications Must have High School Diploma Experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting. Knowledge of child development and best practices in infant care.
