Position Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday (hours vary on classroom assignment - can expect closing shifts)
Pay:
$15-$18 per hour (based on experience, education, and certifications)
Language Requirement:
Fully English (Bilingual English/Spanish preferred) What You'll Do Create a safe, nurturing, clean, and engaging learning environment Support daily routines Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Communicate professionally with families at drop-off and pick-up Document daily activities and child progress for parents Work collaboratively with your co-teachers Assist with diapering, pottying, cleaning, meal prep, and classroom care Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings What We're Looking For Prior childcare or early childhood experience Reliable, punctual, and fully present at work Professional, positive, and energetic Able to lift up to 35 lbs throughout the day Willing to follow all state licensing and school policies Minimum Requirements 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
