We are an authentic Montessori school dedicated to providing a nurturing, respectful, and developmentally appropriate environment where children can grow with confidence, independence, and joy.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Montessori Toddler Guide to join our Bambini classroom. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is dedicated to the Montessori approach and has a love for supporting children in their earliest stages of development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a prepared Montessori environment for Toddlers aged 18-36 months Observe, guide, and support each child's individual development Create a safe, clean, and peaceful learning environment Communicate effectively with families, providing updates and insights into their child's growth Collaborate with assistant guides and school leadership Maintain Montessori materials and classroom organization
Requirements:
Montessori certification for Assistants to Infancy (0-3) from a MACTE-accredited program (or currently enrolled) Previous experience working with toddlers, ideally in a Montessori setting CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must meet Texas child care licensing requirements
