  • Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Infant Teacher / Early Childhood Educator to join our licensed early learning center.
This role is designed for a professional with a strong foundation in early childhood education (ECE), infant development, and responsive caregiving. We value educators who view infant care as meaningful early learning and relationship-based teaching. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality infant care in a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment Implement developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) aligned with infant milestones Support infants' social-emotional, physical, sensory, and language development Maintain compliance with state childcare licensing regulations Follow individualized feeding, sleeping, and care routines Observe, document, and communicate infant development with families Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards Collaborate professionally with co-teachers, administration, and families Required Qualifications Experience working in an infant classroom or licensed childcare center Knowledge of infant development and early childhood best practices CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to meet physical demands of infant care Preferred Qualifications CDA, college coursework, or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field Experience in an early learning center or preschool setting Familiarity with state childcare licensing standards Compensation &
