We believe that early childhood is the foundation for everything that comes next—and we're looking for passionate Pre-K teachers to help lay that foundation with care, intention, and heart. About the Role We're currently looking for experienced Pre-K Teachers to join our team. Whether you've worked in licensed childcare or within the San Antonio school district, we recognize the value of your experience—and we're open to making it work so that together, we can create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and prepared for their next educational journey. What You'll Be Doing Creating meaningful, age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences Leading hands-on activities that encourage curiosity, confidence, and independence Observing and documenting each child's progress and developmental milestones Facilitating both group and individual learning moments Maintaining a safe, engaging classroom space Keeping families in the loop with regular updates and open communication Collaborating with co-teachers and leadership for ongoing program improvement Mentoring classroom support staff and participating in team meetings and trainings What We're Looking For Pre-K or 3's classroom experience preferred Experience in licensed childcare or school districts is a plus CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get it—we can help!) Knowledge of early childhood development Excellent communication and collaboration skills A nurturing, adaptable, and creative teaching style Able to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children throughout the day Why Work With Us?
