As a teacher and child care provider with Country Home, you will: Plan and implement activities through the Country Home curriculum that support the child's development. Spend your days creating positive relationships with children in your class. Help children reach developmental milestones. Work with co-teachers to implement the lesson plans created by Country Home. Maintain an organized classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make confident decisions. Help children discover the world around them by visiting unique attractions around our campus. Ensure the child's health and safety at all times through close supervision and adherence to daily protocols Provide communication, consistency, and reliability for Country Home's children and their families. What you need to succeed as a teacher and child care provider: A high school diploma We are specifically looking for those individuals with a CDA or an Early Childhood Education background. Child development knowledge and experience to support children's advancement in the following areas: sensory play, gross and fine motor skills, language development, literacy development, social and emotional learning Ability to confidently and professionally interact with parents and form strong relationships Work with co-teachers to implement a fun, safe and educational environment for our children.
