Sunday School Teacher

Purpose of the Role

• Looking For teachers who are comfortable with "extra attention" kiddos (background with Autism, adhd, speech therapy etc) At CLLXTV, our Kid Nation Teachers play a vital role in helping children know God, grow in faith, and build a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ.

Teachers create a safe, loving, and fun environment where kids can learn Biblical truth and experience God's love in a way that is real and memorable. Key Responsibilities Teach & Engage

• Lead Bible-based lessons that are age-appropriate, interactive, and rooted in God's Word. Prepare
• Review lesson materials ahead of time, gather supplies, and be ready to teach effectively. Build Relationships
• Learn children's names, listen to them, and encourage them in their faith journey. Foster Safety
• Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment by following CLLXTV Kids Ministry policies. Model Christ-like Character
• Demonstrate love, patience, and respect in all interactions with children, parents, and other team members. Partner with Parents
• Communicate with parents about what their children are learning and encourage faith development at home. Support the Ministry
• Arrive on time, help with classroom setup/cleanup, and be a team player with other teachers.

Qualifications A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. A love for children and a desire to see them grow in their faith. Commitment to CLLXTV's vision, mission, and values. Ability to communicate Bible truths in creative and engaging ways. Willingness to work under the leadership of the Kids Ministry Director. Completion of background check and any required training.

Time Commitment Sunday :

10:00AM-1:30PM Participate in occasional ministry meetings and training sessions (quarterly or as scheduled). Impact By serving as a Kid Nation Teacher at CLLXTV, you will help shape the spiritual foundation of the next generation, planting seeds of faith that will grow for a lifetime. Your investment will not only impact our children—it will impact families, the church, and the Kingdom of God.
