Twos Lead Teacher Mi Casa Child Centers - Timber Path Mi Casa Child Centers is looking for an energetic and dedicated Twos Lead Teacher to join our Timberpath location! We are seeking someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys helping toddlers learn through exploration, play, and hands-on experiences. The Twos Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating a structured yet engaging classroom environment that supports children's growth and development while preparing them for future learning success. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities Create a positive, engaging, and safe classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Manage classroom routines and transitions effectively Maintain ongoing communication with families regarding their child's progress Ensure compliance with licensing standards and company policies Lead and support assistant teachers within the classroom Qualifications Experience working with toddlers preferred CDA, Associate's Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred High School Diploma or GED required Strong classroom management and leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities CPR/First Aid Certification preferred Benefits Supportive leadership team Growth opportunities within a growing company Curriculum support and classroom resources Monday-Friday schedule Positive and collaborative work environment Become part of our founding team in Castroville and help create meaningful learning experiences for children every day!
