Giggle & Grow is looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing Infant Teacher who is passionate about early childhood development and understands that even our youngest learners thrive through meaningful interactions. Someone Who:

Loves talking, singing, reading, and engaging with babies throughout the day to support language development. Brings positive energy and creates a warm, loving classroom where infants feel safe and celebrated. Has excellent communication skills with families and coworkers. Works well as part of a team and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Is dependable, professional, and focused on building a career in early childhood education. Will make a great addition to our already wonderful team

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, loving care to infants throughout the day. Foster language development through constant conversation, songs, books, and responsive interactions. Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment. Communicate daily with families about their child's care and development. Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a positive and supportive team environment. Follow all state licensing requirements and center policies.

Qualifications:

Experience working with infants is preferred. A genuine love for babies and early childhood education. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Ability to lift, carry, and actively care for infants throughout the day. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Why Giggle & Grow?
