Job Description

KinderCare is seeking a STEM Enrichment Teacher for our Creme de la Creme The Woodlands center. In this role, you'll design and lead hands-on STEM activities that spark curiosity and build foundational skills in young learners. You'll create safe, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences, adapting lessons to children's developmental stages. Collaborating with a supportive team, you'll communicate with families, contribute to curriculum planning, and participate in ongoing professional development, all while helping children grow in confidence, creativity, and problem-solving. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging STEM enrichment lessons for early childhood and elementary-aged children. Create hands-on, project-based learning experiences that build curiosity and problem-solving skills. Adapt activities to meet varied learning styles, abilities, and developmental stages. Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess student engagement and learning, adjusting instruction as needed. Communicate regularly with families about student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with center leadership and teachers to align STEM projects with curriculum goals. Prepare and manage classroom materials, equipment, and technology for STEM activities. Participate in training, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Uphold Kinder Care's safety, health, and child development policies and procedures.
