18-24M Lead Teacher

Nurture N Nature At Nurture N Nature, we believe early childhood should be filled with love, patience, structure, and lots of fun! We are currently looking for a nurturing, dependable, and energetic teacher to join our 18-24 month classroom team. This position is perfect for someone who loves toddlers, enjoys creating meaningful relationships with children and families, and thrives in a fast-paced childcare environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment Follow daily schedules and routines for toddlers Assist with diapering, potty training, meals, and nap time Plan and lead age-appropriate activities including sensory play, music, art, outdoor play, and early learning experiences Communicate professionally with parents and coworkers Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization Ensure all state licensing and safety regulations are followed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED CPR & First Aid (will assist in receiving and maintain certifications) Experience working with toddlers or young children preferred Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay patient in a busy classroom Must be able to pass required background checks CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
