Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Facilitate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing feedback and support to guide their learning journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure the holistic development of each student.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students who require additional assistance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and enhance teaching skills.
